"Exam Time"
Description : Lubna came to ask her father when she would stop taking exams, and the response was that the exam is the path to success and excellence, and that taking the exam in itself is a success. Her father advised her that all she had to do was prepare and carry with her “the key to success.” Life is full of successive tests: courage and cowardice... generosity and miserliness... and the father advised her brother Hisham, when he became “white” before the exam, to use an eraser larger and stronger than the eraser of anxiety that dominated his thinking, namely the magic eraser: the eraser of willpower and trust in God and in oneself. The writer tells the story of the cook's son, who, through his love of exploration and education, was able to enter Qimma College through a scholarship by taking the "exam" as his friend.
