Description : The story is about a girl called Nada, who asks for her grandfather's help to write a complain for the minister of education complaining about he Arabic teacher. As she copied her grandfather's exact words, he taught her how to use the quotation brackets. After learning this important quotation mark, Nada decided to write thank-you letters to both her grandfather and her teacher.
